- Carrying sleeping Moriah out of the car. Her little head nestled on my shoulder. The feel of her soft hair against my cheek.
- A small body snuggled in my lap as we read a book.
- The joy of swinging on the glider rubbing backs with Matt and enjoying the fresh air in my face.
- Moriah cuddling beside me for longer than her normal nanosecond.
- Matt asking me to cuddle with him before bed. Especially when he actually curls up next to me instead of wanting me be there but keep to my own side.
- A small boy climbing into our bed in the wee hours of the morning and peacefully sleeping between us.
- Another small boy joining the first, sandwiching me between the two warm little bodies.
- Hearing Moriah call "Mama" in the morning. Her first smile of the day. Her playful spirit as she starts the day with gusto.
- Matt telling me to "hold me five times" with his five little fingers waving.

I think those little moments are the best moments too!!
Merry Christmas!
Those are special, wonderful moments. I hold them dearly in my heart and take them out when times are especially trying. Thanks for sharing!!
"hold me five times"!!! That's precious!
Here are a couple of my own: the feeling of Abby's little arm resting on my shoulder, especially when she squeezes me in a hug.
-the way she giggles with her eyes closed when I kiss her all over
